but still sometimes, even with my closest friends, I can't speak, it's not because I'm scared, but I feel I forced from speaking

it's not exactly because i'm shy

Maybe you're just a quiet person?
I recently realised that i am the only quiet person in my group of close friends: the other 5 are really loud and openly opinionated.
So often they just talk over me, and i listen to them instead.

I feel like I can't speak if it's a complicated topic that requires a lot of mental organisation to say, or if I'm feeling absent-minded and incoherent in general.

I'm not sure if that's what you experience though. Is it just certain topics or in general that you can't speak?
